Please note Harlow has been advised that his Preliminary hearing is on the 16th of August, but Joe has been advised that his preliminary hearing is set for the end of the month, are they already trying to seperate them?, or were they misadvised as to the dates. Well we will see when August 16th gets here, and find out who is in the court room.
Now on to other things : Some bloggers have been noting on a few things taken from Harlow and Joes home when they searched it, the video tapes in question that are listed were videos that Harlow and Joe had made, the police confiscated all of the videos in the home, the buccal swab was a home HIV test, (so there is no confusion or reference to any baby, there isnt one ). The police also took several guns from there home in February, Joes mother has been notified by the police that they are going to return the guns to her, so as we can see there is no question as to whether a gun was used or not, as for the knife Harlow bought at the guns shop days before the murder , well did any of you know he collected guns and knives, and the knife that he bought at the pawn shop that day was in the glove box of the BMW still in the paper and box it was sold to him in, never used, kind of amazing that he could buy the knife use it to commit a very heinous crime and then restore the knife back to original condition and put it back in the box without a trace of DNA on it, this is very unlikely to happen, the reason there is no DNA on the knife was cause the knife was never used and was in the glove box of the BMW since the day it was purchased.Then there is the meeting in Vegas with Sean and Grant, Harlow nor Joe approached Sean or Grant about doing anything to Brian, the conversation was the other way around, there is an existing tape, that is the tape that Joe talks about in his email to Sean. The situation at the restaurnt is not as it believed, Sean and Grant gave a good story but Harlow did them one better by breaking two very expensive glasses in the restaurant when they brought up the demise of Brian, at that point Harlow knocked over the glasses and asked the wait person for the check to get out of there. The state has given Sean and Grants statements more weight then should of been given to them, but they were trying to make a case, so we should give them credit for being creative. There are alot of things that will be coming out here in the near future, especially all of information on the blacks beach tape at the Preliminary hearing, most of the Preliminary hearing will be listening to these tapes. I am sure this will be a long drawn out process of listening to almost eight hours of the blacks beach tapes, but then there will be no more guessing of what is on the tapes or not on the tapes and from here this trial will move on.

Harlow we all want you to know that we wish you the happiest birthday that this birthday can be. There are times in life like this that we have to go through and this will make you grow as a whole person, you will learn from this experience. The lessons learned will be hard, but with your strength you will get through this. We are all wishing you a Happy 26th Birthday. Harlow has called me this morning. We had a long converstion and he said to tell you all thank you for the birthday cards and the letters. His first round of letters will be out in the mail today. He wanted everyone to know that he is feeling fine and working with his attorney, for the hearing at the end of this month. He is very thankful for all of the birthday cards that you have all sent to him, he says that ” I am over whelmed with how many birthday cards I am getting from people I dont even know, I dont know how I will ever beable to tell them all thank you for the heart warming, encouraging cards they have sent to me”. Harlows birthday is on Sunday and would like for everyone to know that he is going to make through this birthday, with all of the help and support from all of you. We are going to start Harlows auction page tomorrow and his things from the jail will be up for auction, his bumble bee baseball cap will one of the first items to go to auction. He has requested that if you win one of his items at his auction that you allow him to write you a letter of thank you. He is very grateful for all who are helping him. Harlows last and final solo video will be released sometime in the middle of August. Please check back for further updates.

I just wanted for you all to know that everyone is welcome here. This site is to support Harlow in his endeavor to make the truth known to all. There are alot of speculations on other blogs, but we need to leave the legal process to the legal system and just make sure he is given a fair trial. We need to support him and show him that there are people out here who do care about him. The preliminary hearing in his case is going to be at the end of August, the state will be offering the Blacks Beach tape into evidence, this will be a two day hearing. Just a friendly update. If we could all take a moment this morning and remember this bible verse it would be nice, From the King James Version : ‘ So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him cast a stone at her. Maybe everyone should take a look at this and remember that we should not be hasty to judge someone. There is not a one of us out here that is without a sin, so before casting the stone at Harlow we should all take a look and remember that we should not judge him for god did not intend man to do that.
We are trying to put together a support benefit for Harlow in Virginia Beach or Norfolk anyone that would like to give some help is more then welcome, please contact me with your ideas about this and any suggestions, all are welcome. ( The paypal button is now working correctly for his canteen and not charging tax) The canteen funds will be remitted to Harlow weekly so that he can have money to purchase his writing materials, and personal hygeine products.
