Please note Harlow has been advised that his Preliminary hearing is on the 16th of August, but Joe has been advised that his preliminary hearing is set for the end of the month, are they already trying to seperate them?, or were they misadvised as to the dates. Well we will see when August 16th gets here, and find out who is in the court room.
Now on to other things : Some bloggers have been noting on a few things taken from Harlow and Joes home when they searched it, the video tapes in question that are listed were videos that Harlow and Joe had made, the police confiscated all of the videos in the home, the buccal swab was a home HIV test, (so there is no confusion or reference to any baby, there isnt one ). The police also took several guns from there home in February, Joes mother has been notified by the police that they are going to return the guns to her, so as we can see there is no question as to whether a gun was used or not, as for the knife Harlow bought at the guns shop days before the murder , well did any of you know he collected guns and knives, and the knife that he bought at the pawn shop that day was in the glove box of the BMW still in the paper and box it was sold to him in, never used, kind of amazing that he could buy the knife use it to commit a very heinous crime and then restore the knife back to original condition and put it back in the box without a trace of DNA on it, this is very unlikely to happen, the reason there is no DNA on the knife was cause the knife was never used and was in the glove box of the BMW since the day it was purchased.Then there is the meeting in Vegas with Sean and Grant, Harlow nor Joe approached Sean or Grant about doing anything to Brian, the conversation was the other way around, there is an existing tape, that is the tape that Joe talks about in his email to Sean. The situation at the restaurnt is not as it believed, Sean and Grant gave a good story but Harlow did them one better by breaking two very expensive glasses in the restaurant when they brought up the demise of Brian, at that point Harlow knocked over the glasses and asked the wait person for the check to get out of there. The state has given Sean and Grants statements more weight then should of been given to them, but they were trying to make a case, so we should give them credit for being creative. There are alot of things that will be coming out here in the near future, especially all of information on the blacks beach tape at the Preliminary hearing, most of the Preliminary hearing will be listening to these tapes. I am sure this will be a long drawn out process of listening to almost eight hours of the blacks beach tapes, but then there will be no more guessing of what is on the tapes or not on the tapes and from here this trial will move on.
